Air Conditioning System Inspections

All Air Conditioning systems require an inspection to be completed before the end of 2010. This is a statutory compliance matter and legal requirement.

The purpose of this regulation is to encourage and improve the efficiency of Air Conditioning services and in turn improve the energy efficiency of buildings.

The larger systems above 250kW (equivalent to 20,000sq ft office building) should have been carried out by January 2009.
All systems larger than 12kW (equivalent to 1,000sq ft office building) should be carried out by the end of 2010.

Martin Gibbons Director of Vital Energy

“Almost every Air Conditioning system in Britain could be improved with minimal cost leading to large energy savings and making the systems more environmentally friendly. There are many building occupiers in breach of this legal requirement and they could face a fine”

Contact Vital Energy to get your Air Conditioning System inspected.
