Just what kind of work goes into "accredittung" a product ? Surely any number of householders would be very ready to be the experiment if their installation came as a gift. But I suppose that is much too simple for "big business" - or government - to work with.
And apart from that, since the country is liable to donate ONLY for kW-hrs it receives, what possible purpose does "accreditation" serve ?. It is only being useful by garding against government money being INVESTED in useless equipment which is therefore detrimental to the cause of reducing CO2 emission - Gigantic "windfarms" for instance.
I know these political/biznis muppets continually want to make-out that is some kind of opinion/preference thing "I like em big - they like 'em small" sort of drivel, but kW-hr is "weights and measures" - not opinion. Energy put INTO making the thing, and energy which it returns - or negates the need for. And as it happens, in the case of "wind
energy" neithr "big" nor "small" is best. The terms themselves are a matter of opinion. What is NOT a matter of opinion, is that there exists a size of T-A device - TAD - at which the cost of the T is about equal to the cost of the A. This size gives the lowest cost/m^2. After some 15 years of solo, unpaid "R+D", I found this this to be about ONE metre diameter - Not 40-odd !!. Just below this size the coupling gear-ratio can be 1:1 How embarassing is that !? - well I guess it all depends upon how big yours is !?
