Hi, I am a member of a company’s green team and I really need help with a nice easy (nothing too complex) rating system which we can use for the office to monitor our green progress. We are trying to decrease paper usage, increase recycling, decrease power usage and increase staff awareness. If anyone has suggestions on additional areas that we should be looking at, I would really appreciate your ideas. I am thinking of using green stars/points which show staff the progress, maybe with incentive? If anyone has used a similar system and can provide information on the positives and negatives of implementing a system like this I would greatly appreciate your feedback.
