It's Elderflower Cordial Time!

It's that time of year when you can't pass a hedgerow or park without seeing and smelling elderflowers. Why not make your own elderflower cordial? It's quick, easy, cheap and delicious.

The only ingredients you'll need that you can't source locally are sugar and lemons, so it makes it a pretty sustainable and low carbon option. Try and find organic/fair trade sugar if you can - it'll taste all the sweeter!

Just don't forget to leave some flowers to turn into in the autumn!
