Biofuels possibly not eligible for ROC's

Ofgem published a consultation document on 2nd September which proposes that biodiesel and glycerol should not qualify for ROCs?? We clearly need renewable sources of methanol and Glycerol. Does any one know where we can find these? The OFGEM report can be found at: www.ofgem.gov.uk/Sustainability/Environmnt/RenewablObl/
