Found this oregano growing wild on the south coast of the Isle of Wight. I found quite a few different patches of it, and took a stem or two from each (trying to go for the stems where the flowers were finished).

It's so much tastier that the shop-bought stuff, and all it needs is hanging to dry and storing in a mason jar or old jam jar.

As with all foraging, please be responsible and harvest only a tiny amount of what's available.
