So what has this to do with never 100% ?

Let's look back from 2050 and imagine we have a 100% carbon emission free economy. As a business who grew out of carbon emission trading schemes () and the value of the permits you so carefully acquired, plummeted, what trading strategies did you put in place ?

The UK's CER target of 80% in this context makes fantastic sense. The question I suggest we all considered in 2050 is:
