VPhase to hold optimisation seminar
VPhase plc, regional winners and national finalists of the Shell Springboard programme for its smart eco device, which cuts electricity bills by around 10%, lowers energy use and reduces carbon emissions, will be holding a voltage optimisation seminar at Ecobuild on Thursday 3rd March 2011 between 15:15 and 15:45.
Ecobuild, the leading exhibition in the future of design, construction and the built environment, is renowned for its seminar programme that offers more than 130 sessions covering important areas of debate for built environment professionals.
VPhase's 30 minute seminar slot, led by VPhase CEO Rick Smith, will discuss the advantages of domestic voltage optimisation and how it is increasingly recognised as an affordable and accessible energy efficiency technology that can immediately and significantly cut electricity bills, reduce carbon emissions and lower energy use.
Head of marketing, Matt Cody comments "We're delighted to have the opportunity to lead a voltage optimisation seminar at Ecobuild. This will be a fantastic platform to demonstrate voltage optimisation as a credible energy efficiency technology that can help address climate change and combat the inexorable rise in energy prices."
VPhase's award winning VPhase unit uses proven voltage optimisation technology to lower and regulate incoming voltage into the home from the UK average of 245V to a stable level, typically 220V in the UK. Independently verified trial results have demonstrated the unit will cut electricity bills typically by 10% and carbon savings have been calculated to be around 4 tonnes over the 25+ year life of the product, all without a change of lifestyle or supplier.
The VPhase unit must be installed by a qualified electrician and is completely maintenance free, making it a case of fit, forget and save instantly! With a manufacturer's 5 year warranty and payback periods typically less than this, it represents a virtually risk free investment for the home.
The unit can be purchased from national fulfilment partner Eaga for just £299 (inc. VAT & installation) or consumers can contact their local electrician through our Find an Electrician search engine.
