Verisae referenced in the ENDS Report

—Verisae, a global leader in Sustainability Resource Planning ("SRP") solutions, was included in the recent "Environmental Business Software" special report published by the Environmental Data Services (ENDS).

The ENDS Report, released in August and authored by independent environmental consultant and writer Alison Smith, focused on strategies companies can use to help with the select the right carbon, environmental, or sustainability tools for their organizations.

Verisae was cited as a leading sustainability software provider. "Verisae's carbon management tools focus on cutting energy costs with features like automatic metering, building energy controls, and bill payment systems," states the report, which also noted that Verisae's SRP platform goes "beyond carbon" to include water and waste management.
Within The ENDS Report, Andrew Schafer, director of product strategy EMEA for Verisae, discussed how organizations can benefit from using environmental business software. Smith writes that Schafer "also emphasizes the importance of granular real-time data," noting how companies "often find themselves stuck with a reporting tool that cannot deliver real cost savings."

"The hardware for automated submeter data collection systems may cost a little more, but real-time alerts can enable companies to respond far more quickly to reduce waste and save money," Smith writes.

Additionally, Schafer noted in the story how a smoother work flow allows for more interaction internally. In the report, Schafer said that sustainability data is often divided into "silos" by department and staff from the various departments doesn't often communicate with one another. Smith writes, "Verisae's integrated asset, energy and environment platform is designed to break down these barriers and encourage staff interaction."

Schafer is pleased with Verisae's placement in the key report. "ENDS is clearly a well respected publication in the U.K. with a significant following," said Schafer. "We're delighted that our strength in the environmental software market led to recognition by the ENDS publication."

ENDS publishes a range of special reports alongside its subscription information services for environmental, carbon and sustainability professionals.
