Jerry Dolinsky appointed Verisae's CEO
Jerry Dolinsky appointed Verisae's chief executive officer
Minneapolis, MN February 22, 2011—Verisae, Inc., a global leader in Sustainability Resource Planning ("SRP") software, announced that Jerry Dolinsky has been named their chief executive officer (CEO) today.
Mr. Dolinsky spent his recent tenure as Verisae's executive vice president of global field operations. He was responsible for directing Verisae's global sales and marketing efforts around the company's energy, asset and environmental management software solutions as well as the development of strategic partnerships.
"It has been gratifying to help Verisae evolve over the past several quarters and receive some of the recognition it deserves from analysts and customers," said Mr. Dolinsky. "We have built a solid corporate foundation, and I'm looking forward to taking the company to the next level as CEO."
During his tenure as executive vice president of global field operations, Dolinsky achieved significant accomplishments on behalf of Verisae. Under his management, Verisae reached the following milestones:
• Established itself as the leading energy, facility and environmental management provider to the food retail market. Six of the world's top ten food retailers are Verisae clients.
• Extended its client base into the automotive and manufacturing industries.
• Secured its first project in the United Arab Emirates, which marks the company's expansion into 11 countries.
• Continued to increase its client list. As of the end of 2010, Verisae had approximately 60 customers and more than 70,000 daily users.
• Received industry recognition from leading independent energy and sustainability analysts as one of the top energy management providers globally and is a key vendor to watch in the ECEM market.
In addition to Dolinsky's promotion, Barry Johnson will be assuming the role of chairman of the board. Barry has been a member of Verisae's board since the company's formation, and was formerly the founder and president of Dynamic Information Systems which he sold in 2006.

Jerry has more than 25 years of software industry experience. Prior to joining Verisae, Mr. Dolinsky served as executive vice president of worldwide field operations for Retek, Inc., a leading provider of software solutions for the retail industry. During his tenure with Retek, he played key roles in helping the annual sales grow from under $10 million to nearly $200 million, which led to a successful IPO and ultimately the sale of Retek to Oracle Corporation in 2005 for almost $700 million. Most recently, Jerry served as an executive for New York based startup Knoa Software, which provides solutions in end user performance management.
