Based at our Cardiff offices, you will be responsible for the management and development of key customer accounts, and as such will be expected to proactively develop and manage processes, as well as working to challenging financial targets. In the course of your duties you will be expected to develop close working relationships with key clients, with a focus on developing both new and existing business streams.


• Initial consultations with blue chip customers
• Ongoing client interface – acting as liaison between our business and our customers
• Setting and maintaining customer SLAs
• Working to KPIs
• Ancillary sales * Ongoing training and development
• Managing of your allotted customer accounts
• Direct reporting to senior management
• Travel UK-wide will be required
• Monitoring and reporting on the clients existing portfolio
• Developing the business offering in the carbon sector
• Planning and forward forecasting for customers
• Any other duties as required by the divisional manager


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently and coherently at all levels
• Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external customers
• High level of financial awareness and business acumen
• Tenacity and enthusiasm to develop new and existing business opportunities
• Ability to prioritise and organise demanding workloads to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent IT skills
• Ability to manage, manipulate and report on high volumes of data
• Able to show an innovative and proactive approach to problem solving
• An awareness of the energy services industry is desirable
• A full driving licence is desirable
• Qualification to a minimum of A level standard or equivalent in a relevant subject is desirable


We offer a contributory pension scheme, company life assurance, childcare vouchers scheme, and 20–25 days holiday (in addition to bank holidays) per annum. Standard hours of work are 37.5 per week, 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
