New technology may cut carbon emissions, manufacturers claim
The manufacturers of whole-house systems claim that the use of new third-party software may help homeowners cut their carbon emissions.

Greentec Systems is using the 3D CAD software from SolidWorks to integrate third-party environmentally friendly technology to help homes remain heated with reduced carbon emissions.

The system can be used to design and give a visual demonstration of how disparate heating, cooling and energy-efficient systems can work in synergy to help reduce emissions and save householders money.

Simon Booker, European marketing manager of SolidWorks: "First it was our cars, and now the focus is on making our homes more environmentally friendly."

He added that systems from Greentec pave the way for innovative and cost-effective ways of designing holistic systems to heat or cool homes using as little energy as possible.

Greentec is a designer and installer of energy-efficient heating systems that use ground source heat pumps.ADNFCR-1235-ID-18581142-ADNFCR
