isn't it about time that rechargeable batteries are given prominence in our stores. What about a legal requirement to sell them with chargers with standard batteries.
its disgusting that over 90% of batteries goto landfill.
Even a target of 46% recycled by 2016 is pathetic.

I believe this is the same for industrial/commercial batteries, the cost will surely go somewhere, most likely the consumer! Should the industry & end user share the costs? Maybe ...
We market an enhancement product that doubles battery life & increases productivity by up to 340%, response has been very positive in the UK & it will be great if the product is embraced. Consumers can actually do something about the technology they use. Maybe its like reusing your paper bags, choices are now available as people get more aware.
