Building energy assessments

Since 2006, Part L of the building regulations requires new and existing buildings to meet stringent energy guidelines, including the SAP 2005 energy rating.

At Thames Renewables, we use our experience of working on many low energy buildings, as well as our technical building services knowledge to help our clients meet compliance targets.

Our familiarity with low energy building techniques and materials has helped us to find innovative solutions to even the most demanding of designs.

We work with individuals as well as architects and developers.

We promise to provide a responsive human service, and will be available to provide you with personalised design advice as and when you need it. A simple test can usually be completed and returned within 48 hours, more complex projects may require a period of analysis and consultation with your design team. Our objective is always to provide good quality service in a reasonable time frame.

Every project is different and discounts are available for repeat designs, or larger projects. Please contact us and we will be able advise you.

SBEM, building simulations and low carbon buildings advice must be priced on a per projects basis; please contact us for more details.
