TEAM launches Data Processing Service
This new offering from TEAM Energy Bureau has been created to support organisations who need more time to input and manage energy bill data. The service has been introduced to work with Energy Managers and alike who do not wish to outsource their full utility bill validation and cost recovery services, but need extra help with time consuming administration tasks such as bill entry which are key to monitoring and targeting energy use and cost.
The bespoke service is flexible to suit an individual organisations needs. Whether the support is required on a short-term basis, or a particular project such as historical bill entry needs to be undertaken. Unlike our standard Energy Bureau Service, there is no long-term contractual commitment and the service can be built around our software customer’s needs.
Martin Theobald, Bureau Service Manager tells us; “We are introducing this new service to help our existing Software customers keep up to date with bill entry and checking and more. With ever changing portfolios, staff changes and project work, TEAM is able to help customers maintain the momentum of their monitoring and targeting responsibilities from an administrative point of view. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of bill validation and payment, our staff are equipped with the tools and knowledge to step in and help.”
