The SMART telemarketing service is tailored specifically to your business/sales model. Projects may have a territorial/geographic focus, by product or contract value so we may work across the divisions and with multiple sales people. A trial campaign would tend to be the basis of the relationship, so we would liaise with you regarding a meaningful “pilot” campaign or a short-term commitment in order to demonstrate the value of our service.
SMART Pilot Proof of Concept Project
We are very confident that our long-term experience of delivering product and services awareness to both large and small organisations, will assist in gaining brand recognition amongst your sector target.
At the start of a project, we would normally run a Pilot Proof of Concept Project for 20 days at a cost of £4,400.00 + VAT.
This price does not include any data costs, however SMART can provide this at a cost of 20p/record, based upon standard criteria of: Company name; Contact; Title; Address; Telephone number; Sector and Employee band.
We are confident that the Pilot Project will produce a return on investment but will also help all of us to evaluate the long-term strategy to develop brand recognition and lead generation.
Each project, whether short or long-term, will be costed on a daily basis with no retainer’s fee. Any training required will be funded by SMART.
Technology – Reveal Extranet
Our technology includes a purpose built a web-based lead tracking facility so that our activity is completely transparent, and it also means that your database including all marketing information is entirely at your fingertips 24/7. The functions REAL-TIME allowing us to track all leads on your behalf as they progress within the sales cycle, from initial introduction to appointment and then to follow up activity and, ultimately, a sale. We can incorporate a pre and post appointment follow up activity (all calls will be recorded on your extranet) in order to gauge the size of opportunity and potential for winning the business. The extranet will also record all marketing intelligence collated during the campaign programme.
Every clients' extranet is tailored to their business need, with bespoke field population - based upon the information you need to see, your preferred data segmentation, and includes reporting capabilities on the campaign data and on SMART’s activity.
The information can therefore be reviewed by colleagues, business managers alike regardless of location and time zone, to remain informed real-time of campaign activity.
