This high level event will cover South America, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. The conference will be translated into English, Spanish and Portuguese, and will take place in Miami.
Industry reports predict that Latin America will roll-out 104.5million smart meters and be worth $25.1 billion dollars by 2020.
The key focus of the conference will be on gas, electricity and water, with special attention given to Brazil, Chile, and Mexico.
The summit will consist of a two-day streamed conference and 20 booth exhibitions, it will feature over 25 top level speakers from across the industry including Bob Frazier (Counter Point, USA), Decio Michellis Jr. (Rede Energia) and Jeferson Marcondes (EDP Banderante, Brasil). The conference will aim to assess the on-going preparation for smart meter roll-outs and discover progress and achievements made so far. The will be presentations made on lessons learn't in smart meter roll-outs from Europe, Asia and the USA and how these can be related to Latin Americas future roll-outs.
