Electric infrared heating can cut installation and running costs in the home improvement market
Many homeowners chose to make improvements to their existing home rather than going to the huge expense and upheaval of moving house. By planning ahead and controlling a tight budget homeowners can achieve the extra space required at their current home rather than moving.
Many homeowners are not fully aware of the cost implications when starting a large project and do run over budget. Therefore, the issue of cost control needs to be addressed, keeping to a tight budget is not easy, however, planning ahead and doing plenty of research beforehand will pay off. Keep the design simple, complicated designs increase labour and material costs. Research your materials as new energy efficient products may be slightly more expensive but will save money at a later date, good insulation should be a priority.
Electric heating can be planned for at an early stage making effective use of the tradesman onsite and preventing further upheaval at a later date. New energy efficient infrared heating is installed on the ceiling, a simple white slimline panel that can be wired into a room programmer. Utilising services that are already installed in the room rather than bringing in pipes and radiators from existing heating systems will minimise disruption and keep installation costs down. Infrared heating has a low energy consumption which will minimise future heating bills and with no servicing or maintenance bills will provide a cost effective heating solution.
