Creative Homes

House to meet 2050 carbon target for housing. Insulated concrete forms being used.

Logix UK are delighted to announce they are partnering Nottingham University and Stoneguard to produce the C-60 house, as part of the Creative Homes Project. The C-60 house is designed to use todays products and technology to meet the governments Carbon Target for housing for the year 2050, 44 years early. This is one of 6 homes to be built over the next 2 years, by leading players in the construction industry.

Logix UK are supplying and installing the basement structure that will house the ground source heat pump, utility room, living space, and the garage.
