Sustainability maturity statement

Be a leader not a laggard – know your sustainability maturity level. The sustainability maturity statement provides an objective measure and understanding of an organization's sustainability maturity. Knowing your organization’s current sustainability maturity can help you identify a strategy to enhance it.

HRCarbon's sustainability maturity gradient (SMG) is a unique approach we employ to assess your organization’s current sustainability status and chart the path to improve corporate performance. Our sustainability consulting process begins with placing your organization on the SMG. Once your maturity level has been identified, our consultants will determine a customized strategy based on improving your organization’s performance against specific KPIs.

HRCarbon's SMG has been developed employing years of experience working with senior management in companies of varied visions, sizes and industries.

The SMG is the structure based on a concept of developing a matrix of sustainability information derived from an organization's stakeholder communications.
