Sustainable Approach

New commercial and residential building developments are increasingly required to demonstrate their ‘green credentials’ as part of the planning process.

Our engineers are CIBSE accredited and experienced in utilising Low to Zero Carbon (LZC) design techniques, passive technologies and renewable design to meet legislation. These include London Toolkit reviews, energy strategy and renewable design reports for Planning Applications and Code for Sustainability Homes and Buildings assessments. We provide energy and carbon emission calculations, technology costs reports, payback analysis and feasibility studies.

Technology Integration
