Voltage optimisation seminar
Start Date:14 Jun 11
Companies in the Midlands will be able to find out how voltage optimisation can help them cut their energy costs and reduce their carbon footprint at free training seminars to be held in May and June by the market leader in voltage optimisation EMSc (UK), manufacturer of the Powerstar system.
Companies throughout the UK are increasingly turning to voltage optimisation to reduce their energy consumption and lower their carbon emissions to achieve sustainability strategy targets. Voltage optimisation is a simple cost efficient way to control a building's incoming voltage in order to maximise energy savings. The Midlands seminar will be presented by Mick Meakin, the Powerstar sales engineer for the Midlands and will take place on Tuesday 14th June at the Radcliffe House Conference Centre, at the University of Warwick. There will also be a presentation on developments, trends, government legislation and examples of best practice in relation to carbon reduction and energy management.
Powerstar is the most efficient voltage optimisation system available and can save up to 26.1% of total electricity consumption as well related carbon dioxide emissions, all without compromising the supply to electrical equipment.
The event, which is free to attend, start at 9:30am and will finish at 12:30pm. There will also be a free buffet lunch and an opportunity for networking. All attendees will receive a CPD certificate.
People interested in attending the event should send an enquiry to Nick Lee.
Powerstar will be attending a number of events in the coming months, including Sustainability Live, The Energy Event and Energy Solutions. The company also has additional seminars planned for the North East and Scotland in 2011.
