Concerned with the negative effects of climate change and the experience gained from my work in agro-industrial projects, developing works in Brazil and here in Colombia, I found that the deforestation of hillsides over the Andes, is one of the probable causes of that lack of climate Because the balance was lost in the water cycle.

Summary: evaporation, condensation, saturation, rain, lost to deforest the regulating effect of the capillary action in soil unprotected with the vegetation evaporates without control, staying less time in the soil, increasing the suspended water and the water that is salinized at sea with no possibility of return to the system which causes excessive rains in some places and prolonged droughts in others.
To restore the balance, COCOGUM, (Coordinator, Comercial and Generating Multiple Units) is working on a project to bring forward a strategy in all the municipalities in the Republic of Colombia, the birthplace of many major rivers of South America.
The proposal raises 3 strategies to achieve this:

1. Returning to Camp program to establish the basic production units:
a. To introduce a chain of integrated and self-sufficient farms to replace the current system of production by monocultures.
b. An integrated agricultural practice to allow reforestation, using a lot of manpower to generate more employment.
c. Planning crop, seeking the biological balance and avoid the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
d. Using the family as a production base in a working model for results, not individual salaries.

2. Multiple units Agroindustrial.
a. In order to ensure the sustainability of the system, we must put a high value to the production of these farms, to achieve this is to install an industrial production that has this benefit.
i. A Central Raw Materials: it consists of a system of steam generation using the process "Milena" (under vacuum pyrolysis of biomass to produce synthesis gas) that burns in the home of a boiler to produce steam to generate electricity and the surpluses are used for industrial processes, reducing to a minimum the emission of CO2 into the atmosphere.
ii. Are surpluses of synthesis gas that are distilled to produce ethanol using biological and chemical processes, with CO2 as a waste product used as a coolant.
iii. The cemapo also needs a water treatment and compressed air that it shares with other industries.
b. Around the Central Raw Materials are installed other industries as processing of dairy, fruits and vegetables, the benefit of animal protein (cattle, pigs, poultry and animal), curtimbres and other industries in each region.
c. Using the surplus resulting from biomass crops, weeds, trees, etc.., We can increase production of ethanol as fuel.
d. Using the wide variety of seeds can produce biodiesel, without affecting food production.

3. COCOGUM, as a marketer of this production, to ensure the flow of revenue for the entire structure, with the possibility of selling to the world large amount of food that today are lost because of the abundance of harvest, or the lack of structure for its management and conservation.
