I'm looking for an COO to help manage and grow a highly innovative startup - the company recently won its first contract with a major blue chip customer.

The role is effectively responsible for the day to day management of the business in conjunction with the Executive Team.
The COO will have broad responsibility for the following areas:

Strategy
Sales & Marketing
Operations
Governance

Given the company's relatively small team, this will be a hands-on role and suitable candidates should have the following skills and experience:

Will have worked in a startup/smaller technology company.

Hardware bias rather than software

General management - 5yrs+

Entrepreneurial outlook

Sales (Technical sales) - 5yrs+ - will have been involved in deals involving a consortium.

License negotiation

Ownership of P+L

Will have dealt with customers from one or more of these sectors; Aersopace, Defence & Automotive
