With a turnover in excess of €850 million, 1.3GW in installations, 450 staff and offices in 10 countries, our client is considered one of the world solar giants. As a distributor, developer and EPC, they are determined to rapidly gain market share within the UK and have a target of 300MW of installed capacity up to end 2012.

They are looking for technical advisors/managers who will play an important pre-sales role as they development relationships and sell solar solutions to installers, system integrators and developers.

From planning and optimising a range (residential, commercial, and so on) of photovoltaic (PV) solutions, analysis and evaluation energy output, technical support, using AutoCAD and PV simulation software, to being part of the team at solar trade fairs, this will be an interesting and varied position.

We are looking for a technical person from either within the UK solar/PV industry or someone from outside the solar industry with a strong electrical energy engineering or renewable energy technical background that wants to move into the UK solar/photovoltaic sector.

Other than gaining and enhancing your solar technical skills through their award-winning training, support and leading edge technology, you will be working for a company internationally renowned for looking after their employees. This is an opportunity not to me missed.

Contact Regan for more information about the position.
