Fast-growing company Best Foot Forward hires new directors to green global supply chains
On the back of strong growth, sustainability consultancy Best Foot Forward has hired two new directors to take the company to its next stage of development. Paul McNeillis and Chris Stanley bring deep expertise in sustainability and supply chains to add further strength to the business. In particular, they will help multinational companies to reduce their carbon and resource use, using the company's recently launched service, product portfolio footprinting.
Simon Miller, consultancy director, said: "Best Foot Forward is growing fast and we're delighted that Paul and Chris are joining us; their expertise will be a great addition to the senior team. A number of high profile FMCG companies have shown strong interest in our product portfolio footprinting service. Paul and Chris will help us build on this success."
Paul McNeillis previously worked at PE International, Achilles and BSI, and has chaired the Green Mondays Sustainable Supply Chain Round Table. He has worked globally in a number of sectors such as healthcare, electronics, retail and utilities, promoting and implementing sustainability standards.
Chris Stanley has senior international experience at major firms including Unilever, KPMG, BOC, Burger King, and Capgemini. Recently a director of Weir-tscs, he has a track record in enabling clients to improve the performance of their supply chains through a focus on sustainability.
Paul McNeillis said: "Best Foot Forward has the talent, the tools and the passion to ensure that sustainability makes a real difference to the organisational performance of our clients and I am delighted to have joined this dynamic team."
Chris Stanley said: "I am very glad to be joining Best Foot Forward. It has built an unrivalled reputation for enabling large organisations to understand their footprint and to take action. I am looking forward to working with leading international companies to use product portfolio footprinting to improve their business through reducing costs and risks, and by improving their sustainability."
