 Industrial Building (Sheds) Construction (1)
Carbon Hunter wrote:
Has anyone in the Industrial Shed Construction Industry and Government, given any thought to what our position will be on Carbon Neutral Britain 10 – 20 years down the line?

It is in my view we may have missed the boat or are very near missing the boat i.e. the sheds we should be building now should be using alternative recycled materials, i.e. tyres wood etc.
It should limit the use of steel and look along the lines of composite materials i.e. carbon, fibre RSJ’s and laminate wood stanchions etc

It would be good if the Government of today get together with the shed builders and subsidise the cost of new builds and possibly reduce costs and think about building environmentally friendly afordable sustainable units...NOW
